Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order by the next working day.  Where items are not available for immediate dispatch, this is clearly stated in the product description.  For these items, we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days.
Shipping to the UK is by First Class Royal Mail, and your order should arrive with your post.
International delivery is sent tracked via Royal Mail Internations Signed-For or Airsure. If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be. 
Privacy & Security

We promise that there is nobody more important to us than you and that we will provide you with absolute shopping privacy. We will never exchange, rent, or sell your personal information to any third party. From time to time we may provide statistical information about sales, trading patterns, and navigation techniques to reputable third parties. This will simply comprise data collected about you and other users to form aggregate results, which will build up marketing profiles, aid strategic development, audit usage of the site. It will not include any direct personal information that identifies you as our customer.

This information will not be used for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt in to our mailing list, in which case such materials may be sent to you by us, but not provided to third parties. The personal information collected is that given at the time of order and will be used simply to process your order. Personal and financial information is protected by Sagepay secure servers. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Returns & Replacements

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items, unless we specifically state in the product description that the item is non-refundable. Please return them to us unworn, with all labels intact.  Please ensure that briefs/shapewear/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear.

Our returns period is 10 days from when you receive the goods, and we must receive any returned items within this time.  Please notify us, either by email or phone, that you wish to return the item.

Please note we cannot accept returns on bras that have been converted for nursing.

We recommend that you return items by recorded post and retain a certificate of posting.  Where the entire order is returned we will refund your original shipping cost.  However, if only part of the order is returned, we will only issue a refund to the value of the item returned.  If you request an exchange we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.   

If the original order exceeds £60 and qualifies for free delivery and an item within that order is later returned, therefore reducing the order total to less than £60, postage of £3.00 will be deducted.

When you have confirmed your order through the checkout stage, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via PayPal. All orders are processed using SagePay's 100% secure server.  Our pricing is competitive and we sometimes run promotions using discount coupon codes which can be claimed up to the date specified in the offer.  Simply enter the coupon code at the checkout to claim your discount.
